Time with God Privacy Policy

Bedrock Group LLC provides Time with God. This policy describes how personal information is used, stored, and shared when you use the app and our website.
Information we handle
The app processes information you provide, including prayers, notes, prayer history, reminders, group names, and your chosen display name. This information is used to provide prayer, reminder, and group features. The app has no advertising.
Text from other apps is received only when you choose to share it. The app does not read your mailbox. Microphone and speech access are used for voice entry with your permission. Speech recognition and optional AI writing help run on your device. Prayer text is not sent to an online AI service.
Where information is stored
Personal prayers and history are stored on your device. On iPhone and iPad, they also sync to your private iCloud storage when available. Android personal data does not automatically sync or back up to a cloud service. Group prayers on both platforms are stored in the group owner's iCloud. Bedrock Group LLC does not receive or store a separate server copy of your prayer content.
Apple manages iCloud accounts and sign-in. We do not receive your Apple password. Saved sign-in information on Android is protected by the device's security features.
Information you share
Joining a prayer group shares your chosen name and any prayers you add, including their titles, text, status, and answered notes, with that group's members. Apple may also make account identity information available to participants. Personal prayers are not automatically shared. Personal notes and prayer history for group prayers remain private on your device.
Members can edit only their own prayers. Group owners can archive or remove group prayers. Leaving a group does not remove information already shared with other members, who may retain copies.
Prayer titles and reminder information may appear in enabled widgets, device search, or a paired Apple Watch. The Watch also receives information identifying each prayer and when it was last prayed for, but not its full text. Exports and other copies are shared only with destinations you choose.
Service providers
Apple: Apple processes information for iCloud storage, group sharing, and account services under its own privacy policies.
Google: Google's Android writing tools collect device and app information, identifying numbers, feature usage, input and output text lengths, performance information, and errors. This information is sent securely to Google for usage analysis and troubleshooting. Prayer text is not sent to an online AI service.
Scripture: Bible references are sent to the Free Use Bible service to retrieve passages. Your prayer text is not included.
Payments: Apple and Google Play process optional support payments. The app handles purchase confirmations, selected support options, dates, amounts, and purchase or subscription status. We do not receive payment card details. Payment providers maintain their own records.
Website hosting: Hosting and network providers process information such as IP addresses, browser details, and requested pages to deliver our website and invitation links. The website does not store prayers.
Retention and deletion
App information remains on your device or in iCloud until removed using the applicable deletion controls. On iPhone and iPad, Delete all data removes personal data from the app and synced iCloud, leaves joined groups, and deletes groups you own. On Android, Delete all local data removes information and saved sign-in details from that device. It does not remove shared groups from iCloud; those must be left or deleted separately.
Shared prayers remain until removed by someone with permission. Exported copies, other members' copies, backups, and Apple or Google purchase records may remain under their respective owners' and providers' controls and retention policies. Deleting app data does not cancel a support subscription or delete your iCloud account.
Your choices and requests
You can edit or delete your personal prayers, export your information, control device permissions, and choose whether to share with a group. For privacy or deletion assistance, including if you no longer have the app, contact support@kollarai.com. We can help identify information and the removal options available to its owner. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
Time with God does not create a separate account with Bedrock Group LLC. Requests to delete your iCloud account are handled by Apple Data and Privacy. Deleting that account affects other Apple services.
